Phil and Lisa Teece, Owners and Founders of A+ Window Cleaning Services LLC
We founded A+ Window Cleaning Services LLC in 2014. We saw a need for high-quality, reliable Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing services that our neighbors and businesses in Williamson and Travis counties could count on year after year.
Lisa and I wanted to build something that would last; fast forward ten years, and we are still going strong. Our commitment to our goals shows with over 600 five-star reviews on Google and adding four vehicles. We still strive to maintain that small family-run business vibe and deliver the services we have become known for.
Our services have expanded over the years, as well as Residential and Commercial Window Cleaning. We also provide hot water Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning, Commercial Window Cleaning, and Soft-Washing, which removes mold from softer surfaces like limestone and flagstone.
We look forward to seeing our existing customers and meeting new customers, as we look to the future and another ten years in our local market.

Linda
Residential and Commercial Renewal Manager
Linda has been with us for 9 years. Linda is who all our customers receive a call from when it is time to get their weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual cleaning set up and ready to go. Linda calls everyone and finds dates that work with their schedule and books the guys in to get the work done. With a customer base of over 5,000, she has a mountain of work and continues to build relationships with our customer base.
Dylan
Residential Team Leader
Dylan has been with A+ for over four years. He has learned the business from the ground up and has progressed to be an outstanding window tech and leader in the field. Customers love to see Dylan; he does a fantastic job and, as with all the guys, ensures customers are 100% satisfied before leaving. Dylan heads up our truck the Beast, this is our pressure washing, window cleaning and soft-washing truck.
Dakota
Residential Team Member
Joined the team in Q3 2024. He has been a great addition and is rapidly becoming a master with the squeegee. Dakota does window cleaning both inside and out, as well as residential and commercial window cleaning and gutter cleaning.
Julian
Residential Team Member
Julian has been with the A+ family team since early Q1 2024. Julian heads up Little Blue, our window and gutter cleaning truck. Julian does residential and commercial applications.
Sterling
Residential Team Member
He joined our team in Q3 2024. Sterling now works on the beast with Dylan and has made huge strides in learning window cleaning, pressure washing, Gutter cleaning, and soft washing for residential and commercial jobs. He is already a customer favorite.
Tanner
Residential Team Member
Has been with A+ Since early Q1 2024. Tanner works at Big Blue as a window and gutter cleaning technician. Tanner is local and grew up in Leander so knows the area and gets on great with our customer baase.
Dedicated Family Team
A+ is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and quality of work to both our residential and commercial clients. We strive to deliver an outstanding service and keep you coming back for years to come. Our first ten years have been exciting, and as we continue to grow, we want to maintain that family feel but extend our reach to our local communities for the services we offer. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Our technicians do a walk-through with the customer once the job is complete, lifting a few windows to show the tracks have been cleaned, making sure the customer is happy with the glass, doing a full inspection, and letting the customer know if they have any broken screens, blown seals, etc. Once this has been completed, a call is made back to our office, where Lisa can check in with the customer to ensure they are happy with everything before the crew leaves.
